Women’s Health: Education for ​the ​Everyday ​Athlete

Because time is never on our side, we need to work with our bodies to learn when and how to push ourselves vs. when to rest and recuperate. Foundations of Functional Strength

While everybody (and every body) is unique, women can be more prone to certain injuries that affect areas like the hips and knees. Finish Line PT’s Caroline and Alicia will lead an informational session and strength demo to educate women on how our body mechanics should drive our training.
