Our friends at The Run SMART Project are now working in partnership with Jack as the stewards of his core training philosophies: understanding the purpose of your workout and assigning a training pace intensity level to help achieve the goal of each workout. The Run SMART Project has exciting plans in the works to take purposeful running to a whole new level, so keep an eye out for upcoming announcements.
