Are you committed to a rigorous training program? Practicing yoga tailored to your training needs will improve your performance and prevent injury through increased strength, mobility and body-awareness.

Private yoga sessions enable you to build strength, mobility and body-awareness customized to your specific training needs. Meet one-on-one at the convenience of your schedule. If you are a current patient, our staff yoga teacher will work with your physical therapist to ensure your plan is safe and effective.

Think you aren’t flexible enough for yoga? Think again! No flexibility is required. Yoga poses are designed to meet you where you’re at.

Private Yoga Rate:

  • $125 for a 60-minute session

For enhanced performance, pair private yoga with functional massage therapy to maximize body-awareness, facilitate recovery and enhance overall mobility.

Massage + Yoga Rate:
(gratuity not included)

  • $125 for a 60-minute session (30 minutes for yoga and 30 minutes for massage)
  • $200 for a 90-minute session (45 minutes for yoga and 45 minutes for massage)

Are you looking to join a group class? Build strength, mobility and body awareness in a non-judgmental group setting through As One Yoga for Athletes. Athletes of all levels meet on Thursday evenings at 6:15 p.m. at As One Chelsea (inside of Finish Line Physical Therapy’s Chelsea location).
