Cancellation Policy

Finish Line Physical Therapy maintains a strict 24-hour verbal notification cancellation and no-show policy to ensure all of our patients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of care, service and personal attention.

In the case of late cancels or no shows:

• 1st Late Cancel/No Show – Fee Waived

• 2nd Late Cancel/No Show – $100 Fee

• 3rd or More Late Cancel/No Show – $185 Fee
