Brooklyn Mile Training Session #3

This is a group practice session for the Brooklyn Mile. The practice will begin with at meet-up at Brooklyn Running Company, and the workout itself will take place at McCarren Park on the track. The dynamic warmup will begin by 7 p.m.
Participants will be broken into pace groups according to current fitness and experience levels. Each pace group will be led by coaches from The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project and/or award winners from last year’s Inaugural The Brooklyn Mile. Representatives from Finish Line Physical Therapy will be on site to lead a dynamic warmup routine and offer injury, prehab and rehab consultations.
Bag drop services will be available for this session.
