FORGE | Race Regen Series

November 5, 2018 - December 14, 2018

The FORGE Strength Series is our signature functional strength program for endurance athletes. The REGEN Series is designed to usher athletes through post-race recovery and into pre-season training seamlessly. Week 1 reintroduces mobility, while weeks 2 and 3 filter in strength and weeks 4 and 5 take a turn to additional conditioning that will prep you for a smart, safe return to spring training!

DETAILS
Week 1 | MOBILITY
During the first week post-race, our FORGE and SCULPT Classes are amended to focus on teaching proper Self Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques and 3-Dimensional Movement.
Weeks 2 + 3 | MOBILITY + STRENGTH
We build during the following two weeks, adding some heftier effort back to your strength training program with more dynamic, fully body workouts for runners.
Weeks 4 + 5 | STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
The final 2 weeks of our program allow the opportunity to partake in some higher intensity conditioning by adding our FIRE class into your weekly options.

CLASS SELECTION

FORGE + FIRE classes are each 45 minutes long and all SCULPT yoga classes are 1 hour. Participants will select one or two of the seven class offerings each week to attend based on their purchase of either a 6 or 12 session FORGE Race Regen package. Non-series participants are also able to attend class with regular class purchases!
