Qi Gong for Runners

Join THE FOUNDRY powered by Finish Line PT for a special 60-minute introductory class to Qi Gong for Runners.


Qi Gong is known for its meditative movements, its ability to develop a calm, centered mind and a strong, rooted body. This class will explore various postures, movements and breathing that increase your body’s intrinsic strength, coordination, stamina, flexibility, balance and range of motion!


The class is FREE to all participants and will be instructed by Suzanne Moschetto Fries. Mrs. Fries, with over 22 years’ experience, is an instructor at the Blue Dragon School of Martial Arts under her teacher, Shifu Ahles.
