A 3 Part Series


Join Ramon Bermo and Finish Line PT as we present a 3 part series designed to get you ready for your 2019 Trail&Ultra Races.
We will talk about training plans, get advice and inside tips from pros, and work on essential strengthening to get you ready for anything that comes your way in the trails and on the road!

Thursday January 31st | Becoming Your Own Coach [develop a training plan]

Coach Ramon Bermo (bio below) will lead a presentation and Q&A on creating your own training calendar & programming as you prepare for your Ultra/Trail race(s) in 2019. Ramon will focus on the specifics of training for an Ultra or Trail race and offer advice on what should be included in a training cycle based on:  running experience,  race course,  race distance,  race profile and race goal.




February 28th  | Meet and Greet Local Ultra Runners [ask a pro]

Listen to experienced local ultra & trail runners on their advice,  personal stories and recommendations on everything related to ultra running including:  favorite races,  “secret weapon”,  favorite gear, “must haves’,  ‘to dos and not to dos’, among others. This will also be a great opportunity to meet and greet other ultra runners in the area.

Thursday March 28th | Getting to the Finish Line [strength training]

Before you can even get to the Finish Line of your ultra marathon you need to get to the Start Line, right?

Learn about the most common injuries in ultra running and the essential strength exercises needed to keep you strong and injury free for your race.

Ramon Bermo 

Ramon’s running career extends across 41 years as runner and 21 years as a coach. He has completed hundreds of races of all distances from 1 mile to 205 miles, including Ironman races. Ramon started running ultramarathons back in 2002 when ultrarunning was unknown to most.
