On Monday, March 13th, we hosted an event celebrating Women’s History Month! We kicked off with a group run in the rain followed by a panel focused on Training as a Female Athlete. The panel included running coach Jes Woods, FLPT physical therapist specializing in female athletes, Sam Jacobsen, and performance and women’s health nutritionist, Mel Sulaver, and our wonderful moderator, Imani James. There treats from some of our favorite women-owned businesses and photographer Cristina Suciu to capture it all!
