Let’s step into spring with some great tasting, lightened-up muffins! These Meyer Lemon Chia Seed Muffins are a fun (and healthier) take on traditional lemon poppy muffins. They’re also low in sugar, include Greek yogurt for an extra protein boost and swap out the butter for heart-healthy olive oil.
