Great both for summer and refreshing recovery after workouts!

As the temps are rising during my long runs and rides I’ve been seeking out recovery snacks that are cool and refreshing. My current favorite: Mango Ginger Yogurt Popsicles! These icy treats skip the added sugar found in store-bought pops and instead are made with fresh mangoes, Greek yogurt (hello, protein boost!), a dash of ginger and a dollop of honey.
