10 Minute Healthy Shoulders Routine

Shoulder pain can stem from many factors such as overuse, poor posture, or improper mechanics during physical activity. Anyone can be impacted by shoulder pain – check out @mowersdpt Healthy Shoulder Routine to keep your shoulders mobile and strong! 💪
These exercises can be done daily or before a workout. Each should take 2-3 minutes for a total of a 10 minute routine.
Feel free to pick and choose and perform them in between longer bouts of sitting if you tend to get stiff throughout the day.
