Finish Line Physical Therapy is an out of network clinic. We do accept insurance and we work with most insurance policies with out of network coverage. Prior to your initial evaluation, we will check your insurance benefits and get back to you with a full description of your coverage, including deductible and co-pay information. If you do not have insurance coverage, we do offer self-pay rates.

Due to the inconsistencies of insurance reimbursement, a prescription is recommended but no longer required to begin physical therapy treatment. Direct Access is a law in New York state that allows for 10 visits or 30 days to pass after your initial evaluation before needing to obtain a referral. If you don’t have a primary doctor to get this from, our therapists will be able to recommend someone to you.

Because the insurance world can oftentimes be confusing, we’ve tried to simplify everything with a blog post answering some of the most common questions people ask. Still have questions? Give our office a call at (212) 486-8573, and we’ll connect you with our Insurance Coordinator.

If you are interested in having our Insurance Coordinator proactively check your out-of-network physical therapy benefits or hearing about our self-pay rates, please leave your information below, and we will follow up within 1-2 business days.
