Michael Conlon

Owner, Physical Therapist, Coach

Michael founded Finish Line Physical Therapy in 2006 to provide the highest quality of care, service and personal attention in a comfortable, supportive and friendly atmosphere. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from Hogeschool Enschede in the Netherlands and has been a New York State licensed physical therapist since 1997. Michael is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute.

Andrew Fenack

Clinical Director, Physical Therapist

Andy earned an undergraduate degree in theatre from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. He previously worked as Finish Line’s first PT aide in 2010 after the clinic moved to the current facility in Chelsea, left to go to PT school and returned as a full-time physical therapist in 2014. He is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute.

Alison McGinnis

Physical Therapist

Alison graduated from Northwestern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has been with Finish Line PT since 2011. She is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute. She attended the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill for her undergraduate work and competed as a pole vaulter on the varsity track and field team for all four years.

Jason Lakritz

Physical Therapist

Jason graduated from Florida State University where he was a member of the cross country and track team that won three NCAA National Championships. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University, completing his capstone project on the differences between barefoot and shoe running, and is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute. He has been with Finish Line PT since 2012.

Alicia Ferriere

Physical Therapist

Alicia completed her undergraduate education at the University of Delaware and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. She has been with Finish Line PT since 2015. She is certified by the Postural Restoration Institute, which seeks to understand the primary contributors of postural kinetic and kinematic movement dysfunction. She is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute.

Carly Graham

Physical Therapist

Carly earned both her undergrad and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Ithaca College where she also ran track & cross country and played volleyball. She joined the Finish Line PT staff in 2016 and has completed a Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute.

Emmi Aguillard

Physical Therapist

Emmi graduated from Tulane University where she competed all four years for the Women’s NCAA DI Track and Field and Cross Country programs and served as Team Captain senior year. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Emmi joined the Finish Line PT staff in 2016.

Cuyler Hudson

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Cuyler graduated from Columbia University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While there, he had the opportunity to work in the Columbia RunLab where he dissected the running form of both professional and recreational runners. Cuyler also gained experience with the Cleveland Indians baseball team, working hands-on with Major and Minor league baseball players and considers one of the biggest highlights of his PT studies to be working alongside top surgeons where he oversaw the rehab of knee and hip surgeries.

Brendan Martin

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Brendan completed his undergraduate education at Columbia University and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. He was inspired to go into physical therapy after three years of working with endurance athletes at Clint Verran Sports Medicine in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Dave Alfano

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Dave earned his undergrad from La Salle University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University. What made him want to be a physical therapist? Dave has coached track at the high school level for the past 5 years. When he first started coaching, he noticed that most of his injured athletes would not be allowed to practice for an extended period of time, regardless of the type, duration, and cause of the injury. This led to an interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation so he could keep his athletes from missing weeks or even months of training or even outright prevent the injury itself. As the years went on, he knew this was something that he wanted to dedicate himself to!

Morgan Mowers

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Morgan has made quite the journey in becoming a physical therapist here at Finish Line PT. She started as a PT aide in 2014 during her undergraduate education, and then went on to assist our administrative team over summer and winter breaks as she studied to become a DPT at Rutgers School of Health Professions. Five years later, and a multitude of experience working with the Finish Line community, we welcome Morgan as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Samantha Jacobsen

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Samantha completed her undergraduate education with a degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from New York University (NYU). We welcome Samantha to the team in 2019 but she has been around since the beginning, 2006, watching Finish Line PT as we grew! Samantha has always been active, playing soccer, lacrosse and running throughout high school and finally dabbling in triathlons during her college career so becoming a PT who works with an endurance athlete population is right down her alley!

Amanda Kerpius

Massage Therapist & Yoga Therapy

Amanda graduated from the massage therapy program at the Swedish Institute in 2017 and has worked at Finish Line since then as a massage therapist providing a combination of yoga, targeted sports massage and relaxation massage for active individuals, recovering athletes and individuals experiencing high levels of stress. After a 14-year career in sales and fundraising—and inspired by the physical therapy she received as a patient at Finish Line—Amanda switched gears and transitioned to a career in wellness.

Cat Nadeau

Operations & Marketing

Cat works with the team on all marketing initiatives and community events. She serves as the bridge between patients and the rest of the Finish Line staff, ensuring that each and every person who comes to our clinic receives five-star service and the best treatment possible. She joined the Finish Line staff in 2014 after graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of Rochester.

Insurance Coordinator

Megan is the point person for all insurance inquiries, working with patients to streamline the insurance process by proactively checking benefits and determining coverage. Megan joined the Finish Line staff in 2013 but has been part of the running community since joining Team in Training in 2009.

Andre keeps all of the office operations running smoothly and is responsible for all billing inquiries. He was one of the first Finish Line PT employees, having worked with the company since 2007.

Director of Programming, the FOUNDRY powered by FLPT

Steve leads the charge on our newest endeavor, The Foundry powered by Finish Line PT, that seeks to help New Yorkers forge their fitness through functional strength training, mobility, and recovery. (Ruthie is his trusty assistant, hanging out in the clinic and providing moral support).

Shanna McRae

Administrative Director

Shanna graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre and pursues Voice Over in her spare time (her dream is to one day be in a Pixar animation). She joined the Finish Line PT staff in 2017 and is responsible for coordinating all things administration, taking our customer service to the next level.

Jeff joins Finish Line’s all-star front desk staff, assisting patients with scheduling, insurance inquiries and billing. He joined the Finish Line staff in 2017 but has been part of the NYC endurance community for many years and currently runs with Harlem Run. He graduated from Baruch College with a degree in marketing management.

PATIENT REPRESENTATIVE, ADMINISTRATION

Genesis is part of the wonderful front desk staff here at Finish Line PT! Why do we think Genesis is amazing? She was the first in her family to receive a college degree when she graduated from City College of New York in 2017! Genesis majored in Theatre and has acted in several school productions including The Crucible by Arthur Miller where she played Mary Warren, She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen where she played Kaliope, and Exit the King by Eugene Ionesco where she played Queen Marie.

CEO, Official Mascot

Finish Line said goodbye to Miles, our CEO and everyone’s favorite four-legged friend, in February 2016. Miles was always the most popular employee at Finish Line, greeting everyone with a smile and hello. He made people feel comfortable, ensuring their visit to Finish Line was a memorable one (usually by shedding or drooling on their clothes). His hobbies included running, swimming and playing fetch in Central Park.

COO

Finn in the newest doggo member of the Finish Line Team, joining us as a mere pup in 2019. He is currently learning the ropes around here. Finn apologizes if he runs into you while you are foam rolling or tries to take your sock when you are recovering in the compression sleeves! Despite his lack of body awareness, Finn is of course very friendly and ready to greet you at your first session or hang out in the treatment room with you for some soft tissue work of his own (pets are encouraged).
