FORGE | Strength Training for Endurance Athletes
Forge is a strength training class designed with the endurance athlete in mind. The focus is on 3-dimensional movement and participants can expect a mix of body weight strength, weights and core work that will enhance mobility and promote greater stability. This cross-training class is appropriate for all levels.
UNLOCK | Functional Mobility & Core
Designed for runners, this class focuses on increasing the athlete’s efficiency all in an effort to make you a better more injury-free machine.
FORM | Foam Rolling, Warm Up & Cool Downs, and Running Drills
These classes focuses on improving technique on all things running; perfect for runners, triathletes, team sports enthusiasts and more. We focus on form & drills that increase athletic efficiency and performance and you will walk away from this class with skills you can apply right to your next workout.
POWER | For Expecting & New Mamas
Power is for expecting & new mamas looking for a dynamic workout targeting the muscles most important to keep you feeling strong and powerful both throughout your pregnancy and as a new mom. Taught by our team of pelvic floor physical therapists, movements are designed to be safe for you and your baby, with a tailored approach to each class.
SCULPT | Strength by Yoga
This foundational & boundary-breaking yoga class incorporates external weight to help athletes develop greater strength, flexibility, and focus. Traditional yoga postures and sequences are crafted based on the running biomechanics. This class ensures you will toe your next start line with a strong mind and a strong body.
FIRE | High-Intensity Intervals
This HIIT class will test your strength and endurance in a 45-minute, sweat-inducing, fat-burning workout. Participants can expect a mix of weights, core and cardio that is sure to get your lungs pumping. You will leave us feeling ready to take on whatever the day throws your way. This high impact class is great for all levels.
