The best kind of recipes are always the result of pulling a bunch of leftover, random ingredients from the fridge and seeing what you can throw together. And they’re also quick to make – as in, easy enough to pull together before work and fast when you’re desperate for a post-long run snack. This breakfast burrito is all of those things, plus it’s delicious!
